I’m about to head off for work. This week has gone REALLY fast.

I’ve put away the eye-patch, shoved the parrot in the cage, taken some throat-balm and am slowly recovering from International Talk Like a Pirate Day. Boy, that was fun!

Had my tax assessment done, and am heading for a BIG refund. That will pay for the hifi (which is still sounding gooooooood) and might even now stretch to the LCD TV. My current TV is so old, it only has one video in input and a mono sound output socket in the back! That, my friends, will soon change (after the obligatory 4 week research period, after which, I’ll probably buy some brand I’ve never heard of and not researched, on an impulse).

Also, this weekend I’m going to upgrade my Wordpress installation. I’m busy lining up my valium supplies in anticipation. So, a heads up to you guys, if my blog disappears over the next day or so, you’ll know that my upgrade has progressed as usual, broken everything and will be back after much swearing and hair pulling on my part.
