If the blog is looking just a teensy weensy bit different when you view it, you are looking at what they call the “classic” template me buggering around with whatever theme takes my fancy at the moment, prior to me totally changing its look.

This is because I made the HUGE, STUPID, FOOLHARDY mistake of attempting to upgrade my Wordpress installation.

When the upgrade was done, the purple glory came up with the grumpy blonde ladies and then…

nothing.

No posts, no comments, nada.

Good thing I backed everything up first!

Anyhow, after much consultation with my friend Google (I heart Google), I was led to a post entitled “HELP! I upgraded to 2.01 and NO POSTS!!”, which led me to suspect it was theme-related.

Went into the Wordpress Dashboard, switched to one of the classic/default themes and here I am.

Unfortunately, the help post writer solved his problem by re-downloading his original theme and slapping it over his old one. Problem is, the original theme that mine was bastardised from looks NOTHING like my theme, so I aint doing that and throwing away the HOURS of work it took!

So, to cut a long story short, there’ll be some odd goings-on over the next coupla days at chez grumpy. So please be patient!
