Well you know my stance on religion in terms of making people CRAZY, but when it comes to time off work, I’m all for religious holidays!

So, without further ado, I wish you all a safe and happy Easter break. I’m heading off down the South Coast for a couple of days to enjoy some time with the parents (and eat parental home cooking…. mmmmm).

My dad is making what I call “stinky meat”, so as a result, when I return, I will have to stay away from the rest of the human race for a few days, but I’ll tell you all about it (and how yummy it is) when I get back.
