Yeah, maybe they should and I would say that almost all are.

I do think however, that we, as a nation, should acknowledge the fact that we “invaded” their country and killed a lot of their people.

I’m not saying that there isn’t problems with our indigenous community, far from it. But I do have to say, that a lot of their problems’ root cause is due to what we have done to them.

Try putting the shoe on the other foot as a “proper aussie” (what the fuck IS that anyway)..

Imagine today, China invades Australia. They start telling us we all have to live in a particular area far from our homes, in some god-forsaken shithole. They say they now OWN the places we used to live, decide to take away our children because we are “sub-human” and they think they can do a better job raising them, and oh, they shoot and kill a good percentage of us to boot.

Think you won’t have problems in future generations? I think not.

Maybe the indigenous Australians should also say sorry for taking the governments money, and bashing up white people in rural areas.

Of course, spiced lamb (like they server in gyros) is wonderful. I just don’t much care for the chops.
