					<description>There are two thoughts on the resolution size to write pages to:

1) Look at your logs and analyze what the majority of your viewers have their screens set to, find the mean and make that the minimum size.

2) Write the page to look good on your screen and tell the rest of the world to "bite me".

The web standard right now for minimum is 1024x768, but with the number of systems shipping with LCD displays with a default setting of 1280x1024, I expect that to change soon.

As for people who run at 800x600 or 640x480... they're used to the web looking weird.  Don't write your site for them or they'll expect it from everyone else.</description>
